My name is Hannah and I am the Manager and Designated Safeguarding lead at St John's Pre-School. I have always known that I have wanted to work in childcare and I have now been in the childcare sector for 18+ years. I have worked with children from 3 months up to teenagers. I thoroughly enjoy spending time with the children watching them learn and develop. It really is such a rewarding job to see each child blossom and their character develop. I love singing and reading to the children and enjoy hearing them singing the songs back to me that they love! In my free time I love spending time with my husband, family and friends going to music concerts, the theatre and can often be found with my head in a book!

My name is Zoe and my role within the setting is Deputy Manager, SENCo, ELSA and designated safeguard lead alongside Hannah. I have worked at St John's Pre-School since 2018 having worked in childcare since 2008. During this time I have gained both my NVQ level 2 and level 3 diploma qualifications along with my level 3 in early years SEN coordination and ELSA (emotional literacy support assistant). I have 2 children of my own and I love nothing more than coming to work knowing I have a positive impact on the growth and development of children's lives. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with family and friends going on adventures and spending days out and keeping busy but also love snuggling up and watching a film with a fluffy blanket and a cup of tea! 

Jennie Guest   Senior Early Years Pracitioner

My name is Jennie and I have been working in childcare since 2007. During this time I have achieved my NVQ level 2 and 3. I have also trained as an early years ELSA. I have worked with children aged 6 weeks to 11 years. I enjoy working with children because every child is unique and follows their own learning pathway. In my spare time I care for my two teenage children and Grandmother. We enjoy getting out and about especially to my favourite place the beach.

My name is Robyn. I've always known I wanted to work in childcare and I've been working in childcare for about 12 years now and have become passionate about helping children grow. I have discovered that I love being part of the children's everyday learning. I enjoy making fun, simple activities that help children develop and I always try to make a fun but calm and caring space where they feel safe and supported. 

When I'm not working you can usually find me crocheting, watching Japanese cartoons or best of all playing video games with my husband - our favourite way to relax together.

My name is Lucy and I started working in childcare around 10 years ago. I love to be able to help the children learn new skills from putting their coats on by themselves to learning numbers and letters. In my personal time I love making new memories with my two children.
